The Pelters'

Oh what to say about the Pelters??? They may be my most faithful clients EVER. ;-) I think Katrina books me every time I'm in Chicago shooting. Katrina is a dear, dear friend of mine. My cohort and coworker at CCC. We had a blast together...most of the time. When we weren't having a blast, she was the best commiserator ever.

Her family is wonderful. I always have fun with them whenever I get to see them. I think they are getting used to me again...got a few more "real" smiles this time. Especially from Stephen (wink! wink!).

It's so weird for me to go back to Chicago and take senior pics. Why, you may ask?? Great question!! ;-) Because the kids I'm taking senior pics of should not be seniors!!! Back in my Ground Level Cafe days they were the unruly junior high students that really tried to make my life difficult. ;-) As weird as it is, it is SO fun to see them "all-growed up."

Elizabeth is one of those kids that really can't be a senior already. But...she is!! And she is a gorgeous girl, tons of fun, and I really had a great time with her and her mom as we shot these pics. Enjoy!!

Heather Wagner

Heather was so much fun!!! I love shooting seniors. So cute, so fun...My favorite part of the whole shoot was the fact that Heather jumped in the fountain at the end. I LOVED it!!! I wanted to jump in with her...I was afraid I'd ruin my camera though. ;-) Next time I'll ditch the camera and just to jump in to play.

The Heavey's

I was extremely lucky and got to hook up with my best friend and old roommate, Kim, her hubby, Jeremy, and 6 month old daughter, Clara Anne. I had SO much fun seeing Clara again, and it was wonderful to see Kim and Jeremy as parents. They are GREAT with Clara and I loved to see it.

I think my favorite part of the photo shoot was when we left Clara sitting to entertain herself while Jeremy and Kim took some pics together. Kim and Jeremy have not lost the romance and that makes my heart smile.

Holsworth Family

I'm back from the land of good auld Scotland. I loved it!! I'm hoping to post a few more pics soon, so keep your eyes open. For now, I'm haulin' buns on editing family pics from my weekend in Chicago (and no, Danielle, I haven't forgotten you!!! I'm haulin' buns on your pics too, Gorgeous!!).

The Holsworth's live in Plainfield, IL and being just wonderful, they came up to Naperville to meet me due to some time constraints. We had a lovely time at this little bridge on the river. Kristine is a dear, and I'm very thankful I got to spend this time with her and her children.

My prayers are with you guys, and I sure hope you enjoy the photos and that they are all you hoped they would be!
